  • Social Media Data: Content, posts, comments, messages, and other data from your connected social media accounts that you authorize the App to access. This may include publicly available information and private messages depending on your permission settings.
  • Customer Data: Information about your customers that you input into the App or authorize the App to access from your social media accounts. This may include customer names, contact information, engagement metrics, and communication history.
  • Device Information: Information about the device you use to access the App, including device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Location Information: Approximate location information derived from IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location data unless you explicitly authorize it.

  • YouTube (Google): CareComm App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App and connecting your YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy). You can revoke access via https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Your use of the CareComm App in connection with Meta platforms is subject to the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Data Policy.
  • TikTok: Your use of the CareComm App in connection with TikTok services is subject to TikTok's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

7. Security of Your Information

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. We use industry-standard security measures, including:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit
  • Encryption at rest for sensitive data

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
